La humanidad ya fue olvidada; para qué recordarla, si se quedaron sin fernet. En un rincón del mundo aún no explotado por los alienígenas, el guardián de la última botella la defiende a puro corazón. El hielo a su alrededor se derrite y la tarea diaria de sus súbditos consta de expediciones por cubos congelados para mantenerla fría. Los extraterrestres la desean, pues se comenta que es un elixir de la vida.
Poster made for the 2016 Fernet Branca poster contest. 1st prize winner. There is a story I wrote that comes this with poster and which I'm going to make an effort to translate it.
The humand kind was forgotten. And no reason to remember it, well they ran out of Fernet. In a little corner of the world, not yet exploted by aliens, the guardian of the last bottle watches over it with all his heart. The ice that surrounds them melts down and his subjects daily task consist in searching for frozen ice cubes to keep the bottle cold. Its an object of desire for the aliens, for it may be an elixir of life.
